For many trainers, the cost of owning and maintaining a horse farm makes expanding their riding program challenging.  Fox Run eliminates the need to own a facility with our barn leasing program.  Now, trainers can lease space at our facility, run their own operation and enjoy all the amenities we have built over the years.

Trainers who lease space at Fox Run have access to the indoor and outdoor arenas, round pen, turn out and trails. Our four separate barns offer privacy, wash stalls, tack rooms, windows, hay storage and all the amenities you need.  We even deliver shavings, grain and hay to your barn.  We are happy to work with any professional or group.  One-year lease and liability insurance are required. Our charming barns range from 8 to 11 stalls.
